Abstract
This volume contains a series of six lectures delivered on the Storrs foundation
at the Yale Law School and is a worthy addition to the many series previously
delivered on this foundation by leaders of juristic thought. Dean Pound
first defines for us the Function of Legal Philosophy; then follow chapters on
the End of Law, the Application of Law, "Liability," Property, and Contract.
