Abstract
There has been a recent explosion in feminist jurisprudence and in legal scholarship inspired by feminist concerns. Feminism is one of the most important movements in legal scholarship today, and one of the most potentially transformative, because it challenges the definitions, assumptions, ideals, and epistemological notions of a universal, objective rationality that underlie our legal system.
