Abstract
As Prime Minister, Margaret Thatcher was responsible for the greatest period of deregulation in modem British history. In this Essay, Clint Bolick examines how Thatcher engineered this phenomenal transformation. In doing so, he draws lessons from the British experience for deregulatory innovation elsewhere.
